Rev. Dr. Lucretia R. Facen
A seasoned United Methodist leader whose ministry joins preaching, church growth, cross-cultural collaboration, mentoring, and spiritual formation.
Dr. Facen is an ordained United Methodist Elder with more than 20 years of senior pastoral leadership. Her appointments include Jubilee, New World, and historic St. Paul United Methodist Churches, as well as worship and welcoming ministry at Hamilton Park United Methodist Church.
She currently serves as District Superintendent of the Metro-East District of the Horizon Texas Conference with oversight of 64 churches in Dallas County.
Her ministry and teaching experience includes church growth and outreach, cross-cultural collaboration, women in pastoral and leadership roles, sermon preparation and delivery, and helping people embrace the person God created them to be.
